Privacy Policy & Data Security

Last Updated: August 2026 • Document Classification: Public Standard

1. Zero-Log Architecture & Memory Isolation

The Valance distribution network operates on strict zero-retention principles. We do not inspect, log, or record user network traffic, keystrokes, in-game telemetry, or application payloads. All operations executed through our loader client reside in volatile memory and leave no persistent traces on host storage disks.

2. Hardware Identifier (HWID) Hashing

To enforce single-operator licensing integrity, our client captures an irreversible SHA-256 cryptographic hash of selected motherboard and CPU parameters. Raw hardware serial numbers are never transmitted in plaintext to our database servers. This hash is solely utilized for license verification and can be cleared upon verified reset requests.

3. Account Credentials & Session Tokens

All operator passwords are encrypted using adaptive salt rounds via industry-standard bcrypt before database insertion. Authentication sessions are governed by short-lived, HTTP-only JWTs protected against cross-site scripting (XSS) and client-side inspection.

4. Third-Party Disclosures & Compliance

Valance does not sell, rent, or lease member data to external advertising networks, telemetry vendors, or commercial tracking brokers. Automated cryptocurrency transaction hashes are audited solely to confirm payment finality and provision atomic key fulfillment.
