Terms of Service & Licensing Agreement

1. Grant of Limited License
Upon valid redemption of an authorization key, Valance grants the operator a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revokable license to stream and execute software builds for the exact duration of the acquired subscription tier. Each license is cryptographically restricted to one physical machine profile at any given time.
2. Prohibition of Decompilation & Reverse Engineering
Operators agree not to dump, decompile, unpack, disassemble, debug, or intercept runtime memory streams originating from Valance binary loaders. Any detected debugger attachment, memory patching, or unauthorized network sniffing will result in instantaneous and irreversible hardware ban and account termination without recourse.
3. Hardware Reset & Moderation Guidelines
Hardware ID (HWID) reset requests are subject to moderator review to prevent account sharing and unauthorized key resale. Users are entitled to legitimate resets following hardware upgrades or OS reinstallations provided a concise justification is submitted through the member console.
4. Software Maintenance & Upstream Updates
In the event of upstream game or kernel security updates, Valance may temporarily switch software status to “UPDATING” or “TESTING”. During such maintenance windows, loader downloads are temporarily restricted to safeguard operator accounts. Active subscribers will receive proportional subscription compensation for extended downtime.
